1. Submit your inquiry
Complete the custom design form and tell us about your project, your vision, the wording you’d like included, and whether you’re interested in digital or printed materials.
2. Receive Your Personalized Quote
We’ll carefully review your request and create a personalized quote based on the scope, complexity, format, and quantity of your project. Your quote will be sent directly to the email address provided, so please keep an eye on your inbox.
3. Approve Your Quote
If you’d like to move forward, simply approve your quote and we’ll create a private checkout page reserved exclusively for your project.
4. Complete Your Purchase
A secure checkout link will be sent to your email, where you can complete your purchase through the Mimi Mills Design website. Once payment has been received, your project will officially begin.
5. Review Your Initial Proof
We’ll create your custom design and send your first proof to the email address provided. All proofs, revisions, and project communication will take place by email.
6. Request Revisions
Review your proof and reply to the email with any requested changes. Your custom project includes 2 rounds of revisions after the initial proof to ensure every detail is just right.
7. Approve your final design
Once you’re completely satisfied with your design, simply reply to the email with your final approval. After approval, no additional edits can be made.
8. Receive Your Final Order
Digital Orders: Once your final design has been approved, your completed print-ready PDF files will be delivered to the email address provided.
Printed Orders: Once your final design has been approved, your invitations will be printed, carefully packaged, and shipped to the address provided. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

All quotes, private checkout links, proofs, revisions, approvals, and final files will be sent and managed through email. Please ensure the email address provided is accurate and check your inbox (and spam folder) throughout your project.

Every custom design is thoughtfully created and personalized just for you. Please allow adequate time for the design process, including quote review, revisions, and final delivery. Rush orders are not available at this time.
