Products & Services
Mimi Mills Design offers personalized digital stationery, printed stationery, and custom design services.
Because our products are customized for each customer, we rely on the information you provide to create your order. Please ensure all names, dates, addresses, and other personalization details are accurate when submitting your order.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate personalization information.
Before your order is finalized, you will receive a digital proof to review. Please carefully check all spelling, grammar, dates, addresses, punctuation, and other details before giving final approval.
Once final approval has been given, Mimi Mills Design is not responsible for any errors that were approved by the customer.
Proof & Approval Process
After we receive all required personalization details, an initial proof will typically be emailed within 1–2 business days.
Each order includes up to two rounds of revisions. If additional revisions are requested after the included revisions have been used, additional fees may apply.
Once you approve your final proof, your order will either move into production (for printed products) or your final digital file will be prepared for delivery (for digital products). No additional edits or changes can be made after final approval.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, graphics, layouts, and digital files created by Mimi Mills Design remain the intellectual property of Mimi Mills Design unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your purchase grants you a personal-use license only.
You may:
- Print your purchased invitations for personal use.
- Share invitations with your invited guests.
- Post photos of your purchased invitations on social media.
You may not:
- Resell our designs.
- Redistribute digital files.
- Copy or reproduce our artwork.
- Use our designs for commercial purposes.
- Claim any Mimi Mills Design artwork as your own.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we do our best to ensure pricing is accurate, mistakes can occasionally happen. If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, Mimi Mills Design reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Customer Accounts
Customers may choose to place orders as guests or create an account on our website. Mimi Mills Design reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or misuse the website.
Limitation of Liability
Mimi Mills Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, technical issues beyond our control, or customer-approved errors in personalized products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
Changes to These Terms
Mimi Mills Design may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
